Lost Forty Grips sells Parts and Services. The use of any products or services bought from this website is at the purchasers risk. The Purchaser/user indemnifies and holds the provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages, which maybe sustained as a result of using the product sold on this website.

Privacy and Confidentiality
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Private Information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility. Namely the users personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone number will be kept in the strictest confidence by the provider and not sold or made known to third parties.
Credit Card details are not kept by the provider under any circumstances.
The Provider can not be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the users electronic devices.
Return and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the same packaging.
To Complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Your return may be subject to a repolishing or replating fee. Please contact us to learn more about this.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you
of the approval or rejections of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping
We offer Free Shipping to anywhere in the United States. Contact us for any questions about International Shipping.
Shipping your return
To return your product, mail to 805 Memorial Drive, International Falls, Minnesota 56649.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns may be subject to a repolishing and replating fee.
Items must be returned within 14 days upon delivery and require an authorization number prior to returning your order.
